Phil’s passion for real estate was ignited at a young age, influenced by his grandfather, an architect and builder. He finds immense satisfaction in seeing a development project through from concept to completion, reflecting his genuine enthusiasm for property and design. For Phil, each project is a testament to his lifelong dedication to the industry.

Phil stands out due to his uncanny attention to detail and his down-to-earth demeanour, which makes connecting with clients and colleagues a breeze. However, this approachable nature doesn’t detract from his fierce and shrewd negotiating skills. One memorable challenge involved a four-month negotiation for a luxury home in Hamilton, Brisbane, which ultimately sold for an impressive $10,000,000.
