By implementing a tech-savvy lead nurturing strategy with educational emails and an online booking system, Jess ensured the project’s swift success, setting a record for the fastest-selling development in Queensland, only to break her own record two years later with the same strategy.

Her keen intuition and proactive mindset, combined with her extensive knowledge of both development and sales, enable Jess to deliver outstanding results for her clients. With an unmatched attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, she ensures that every project stands out.
